1. Service Description
QuickDeviceSetup provides remote and on-site tech setup services for a variety of devices. By booking a service, you agree to allow us to access and configure your devices as needed to complete the setup process. We do not guarantee device performance beyond the initial setup.
2. Service Agreement
Upon booking a service, you acknowledge that the setup will be conducted according to the specifications you provide. Any additional issues or requests beyond the scope of the original service may incur additional fees.
3. Refund Policy
Service fees are non-refundable once the setup has started. If you're unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Please note that no refunds will be provided after this period.
4. Limitation of Liability
QuickDeviceSetup is not responsible for any issues that arise after the initial setup, including but not limited to device malfunction or failure. Our liability is limited to the service provided at the time of setup, and we are not responsible for damages or losses resulting from the use of the device thereafter.
5. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated date will be noted at the top of this page. Please review these terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.
